Never received check and blocked from my account
I was an active member of a reward program that I paid almost 15 dollars a month to receive the benefits. They sent me an email that my reward check of 52 dollars was mailed and I would receive in 2-5 business days.
They had always came through before with zero issues. When two weeks passed without my check I asked for support. I was told I had to wait a total of 30 days before I could contact again for my check to be resubmitted.
After 30 days I reached out four times with no response and my account for the Lakesideperks has a blocked message. When I called the several different customer service numbers, Im told to try again later and the phone disconnects.

It has something to do with their parent company filing bankruptcy, their lakeside collection has been granted permission to keep doing business during the bankruptcy, don't know about their perks or if the site will be back. I'm sad at this as it was the best Cashback app. I've used it for 4+ years.

I was finally able to talk to someone from Lakeside on the phone. Lakeside Perks is going through bankruptcy.
It was great while it lasted. Sadly, I don't know of any other programs out there that would compare.
I also do Rakuten, which is free. The checks aren't nearly as big as the ones I got from Lakeside Perks.
I got a what call a last check for 4.00. I tried calling it hangs up.
You can’t email either. I thought I read somewhere they went bankrupt.
It would have nice to get a letter that it no longer an option for the perks rewards. That was my fun money now I don’t know where to go.
Same thing happened to me. It says I'm blocked as well.
Have sent emails and tried calling. What is going on?
I've been an active member also and the only issue I'd had was some unprocessed claims I found from last July and November. I had just contacted their customer support last month and they were very responsive and helpful and got all those claims processed.
I did receive my April check but have been unable to access the site (saying I'm blocked by CloudFlare for potential malicious activity). I've also tried emailing customer service but so far received no response. Also, I received an email in April saying that they were changing their terms and the 5% rebate program would change to a limit of $1000 cash back per year.
I'm assuming they've folded. I'm going to keep an eye out for any future charges from them and dispute them with my bank if they show up since I can't even access the site to cancel my membership.
